*Paying Dues:
1. Pay in the Office during Office hours

3. Drop in office door slot at that same address

*Please note that all Property Owners are required to maintain their rain overflow ditches.
*Regarding Golf Carts: Drivers must have a valid License and obey all posted signs and speed limits
*Projects completed so far 2025:
–Opened Sylvia’s Vineyard common area
–Removed overgrowth along the shoreline at Office & Beach
–Refurbished and resurfaced T Dock
–Repaired and repainted Pavilion picnic benches
–Cleaned and reorganized Pavilion kitchen and back rooms
*If you witness vandalism on any WPOA property please report it at that time to the Sheriff at 804-966-9500.
* Use of the common areas and amenities
Use of all Community areas requires passes. Passes are valid from March 31 to March 31, year to year. Present your Membership card; and have a vehicle identification card displayed in the windshield. Guest should have a one day pass and a guest vehicle identification card.
Passes for all paid members can be acquired at the office.
This requirement for all Community areas is being monitored and will be enforced.
