* Use of the common areas and amenities
Use of all Community areas requires passes. Passes are valid from March 31 to March 31, year to year. Membership card, vehicle identification card displayed in the windshield. Guest should have a one day pass and a guest vehicle identification card.
Passes for all paid members can be acquired at the office.
This requirement for all Community areas is being monitored and will be enforced.
