🏖️ Renting the Pavilion
- Daily Rental: $75 with $100 deposit
- How to Reserve: Request a form via email, pick up at the office, or get it from the beach attendant
- Rental Rules:
- Pavilion is for the sole use of the renter
- Beach available to other members until 7 PM
- Beach reserved for renter from 7 PM – 10 PM
- Renter must clean the area and lock the gate at 10 PM
- Deposit: Refunded after inspection
💰 Paying Dues
2026 Rates:
- Improved: $4.30
- Unimproved: $0.95
- Frontage: $1.27
- Amenities Fee: $28.75
