🏖️ Renting the Pavilion

  • Daily Rental: $75 with $100 deposit
  • How to Reserve: Request a form via email, pick up at the office, or get it from the beach attendant
  • Rental Rules:
    • Pavilion is for the sole use of the renter
    • Beach available to other members until 7 PM
    • Beach reserved for renter from 7 PM – 10 PM
    • Renter must clean the area and lock the gate at 10 PM
  • Deposit: Refunded after inspection

💰 Paying Dues

2026 Rates:

  • Improved: $4.30
  • Unimproved: $0.95
  • Frontage: $1.27
  • Amenities Fee: $28.75

  3. Drop in the office door slot at the same address
  4. Online:Secure Payment Link
    • Enter primary lot number as Invoice Number

  • Board Meeting Schedule: 2nd Monday of each month at the Office, 7242 Lakeshore Drive. Members are encouraged to attend.
